COMME des GARÇONS Debuts New CDG Line With “Breaking News” Capsule

COMME des GARCONS is slated to launch a new brand utilizing the symbolic CDG logo, as the elite fashion imprint has produced a celebratory logo-centric capsule dubbed “Breaking News.”

The mini collection encompassing tees, jackets, hoodies, and coach jackets comprises many of the items that will be in the first CDG collection, and most notably, six collaborative T-shirts are standouts, featuring artwork by Adam Lucas, aka HANKSY, Anti Social Social Club, Better Gift Shop by Avi Gold, Brain Dead, Cactus Plant Flea Market, and Dreamland Syndicate.

Pricing for the first line ranges from $50 USD to $800 USD, as the CDG “Breaking News” capsule will release globally on Thursday, May 17, at COMME des GARÇONS and Dover Street Market locations.

The first and full CDG collection will be launching in Japan starting July 20, before arriving at Dover Street Market’s upcoming LA store on September 1 and worldwide on October 17.
