Two teens were robbed at gunpoint for their cellphones Thursday afternoon in a Dover park, according to city police.

A 15-year-old boy and a 17-year-old boy told police that a black man with short hair and a “FOE” tattoo on his right forearm approached them in Williams Park off Nimitz Road Thursday afternoon, said Master Cpl. Mark Hoffman, a spokesman with Dover police.

The man, who police say wore a dark brown T-shirt, dark blue jeans and red shoes, brandished the gun and demanded their phones.
